Man the staff is so kind and sweet and very happy and professional people. As well as patient. This was the first time starting business there with them and it was very clean. The system takes a minute to upload from booking.com or whatever they are using but it eventually shows up. Kinda scary when you book it and you wonder what happened but then you are reassured by the staff to give it some time. Lol

Overall I had a nice stay. The staff was incredibly nice. Front desk to housekeeping, our interactions were consistently positive. (Although we were under the impression housekeeping was on request only; they did not service our room the first 2 of 4 nights and then came in unexpectedly the second 2 of 4. So maybe a bit better communication on that front is a good idea).

It’s a beautiful hotel and in a great area. There is a Sam’s Club next door and lots of restaurants. Room was nice and clean
